Peak imaging invested a lot of time in an issue I'd had with a film. It came back with dust all over the negatives. Their explanation was that the dust was pre-development. This rings true as it was a test film through a Voigtlander Perkeo 2 that hadn't been used for many years. I've had no issues with other films sent their way from other cameras. They've asked me to return the film for examination which I have yet to do. I accept that the problem was not of their doing but they insisted on giving me credit towards process and scan of another 120 film, despite my protestation. It's that sort of sevice that labs should now be providing. Why would I consider going anywhere else? Research shows that consumer loyalty is greater if there has been a problem that was resolved to the customers satisfaction than if there were no problem in the first place.
