What current M lenses are available in Chrome? I own a 35 cron, but are there any 28mm?...

There has been a silver Summicron 28 (# 11661) but the latter is not made any more and there is still a silver Elmarit 28 (# 11666) but it is a special edition version AFAIK.

Ah yes, the good ole days, when you could just stroll into any dealer and buy any lens (at considerably less than today's prices).

FYI, my silver chrome 90 Elmarit-M is a wonderful lens, and I especially enjoy the slide out lens hood, which is heavier and just feels more solid than the one on the black anodized lens. Of course the important thing is that the performance of both lenses is exactly the same.

And there were even more in chrome. 90mm f4 Macro-Elmar and 50mm f2.8 Elmar-M, to note just two. Come to think about it, the Summicron-M 2/90 AA was also available in chrome.

Cheers,

Andy
