The answer is no of course not. Nor does it mean that I will sell all my Canon gear to purchase a new M9P either (is temping though). I recently had the opportunity to take a day trip into the mountains and took along my 5D2 which has mostly been collecting dust. Well I found out I still love to use the camera and that the image quality really is quite wonderful. The reality is that over the past couple of years I have been mostly shooting with a RF camera which I now prefer but the 5D2 still has a place in my heart it's just a different tool for different types of photography. Stunsworth Unfortunately the 5D2 has a slightly larger focussing screen carrier frame than the 5D so make sure you select the right one if you go for a Brightscreen. They certainly help focussing.
