Funny to read that the Summicron 50/2 collapsible is a soft lens only good for BW photography. With minimum skills in PP, the opposite is true. If you know how to adjust macro contrast with Photoshop or same, there is nothing else to do. No need to tweak colors, no need to sharpen either. Among a dozen 50mm lenses, i can't seem to unstick my M39 version from the M11. Links below on M11 at f/5.6 (tree) and f/2 (flowers).
