Bill,

 

Thanks for posting both versions. I normally prefer the color versions of images.

However, with most of your images, especially with this image, you seem to work magic into your b&w pictures.

Your b&w treatment here results in a stunning image, indeed.

More than for this beautiful photograph, I want to thank you for sharing your notes on how you process your extraordinary pictures....I am a digital darkroom amateur on a steep learning curve.

It is indeed a steep curve and a long road. I doubt I will ever reach the end but I am enjoying the journey.

There's a minor typo in the page which might prevent members from downloading the second document. The URL shown is correct but the address where the browser goes contains an extra "<div" at the end.
