stunsworth Posted February 4, 2007 Share #1 Posted February 4, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had a ride over to York today, partly because Keith had mentioned that the pews had been removed to give a better impression of space. I have to say that the Minster was smaller than I remembered it. This doesn't means it's small of course :-) Anyhow, this is a detail shot with the Noctilux used wide open. M8, Noctilux. Advertisement Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 Hi stunsworth, Take a look here York Minster candles. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
ECliffordSmith Posted February 4, 2007 Share #2 Posted February 4, 2007 Steve, This is a very nice abstract image. The shallow depth of field is used to great effect. As your eye is lead to the right it looks like a ghostly figure at the end. Nice.
azzo Posted February 4, 2007 Share #3 Posted February 4, 2007 Impressive image Steve. Lovely detail on the 1st candle holder quickly fading out. Nicely seen, framed and captured. Azzo
