MarkP Posted May 19, 2011 Author Share #112 Posted May 19, 2011 Hi Andreas, Have you removed the problems which were probably due to the SD cards, and remembered to include the second cameras and outcome (or presumed outcome if no complaint) where the original was replaced? Can you also put the actual numbers of cameras under each column? I won't have time to update the numbers myself off the spreadsheet I'm keeping until the weekend. We really need many more contributions Regards, Mark
otto.f Posted May 19, 2011 Share #113 Posted May 19, 2011 + (13 months) 1. shutter release button had an instable firing, sometimes responding on a high position, sometimes lower. 2. re-adjustment of all my lenses with M9 because of back/frontfocus of 90cron asph and 50lux Back within 5 days thanks to a reliable dealer, came back quite dusty btw, but gone with one Rocket-blow (Didn't report this on this forum thus far because I hate this as an impact on my well-being and because I trust my dealer, period)
andyb Posted May 19, 2011 Share #114 Posted May 19, 2011 Hi Andreas, Have you removed the problems which were probably due to the SD cards, and remembered to include the second cameras and outcome (or presumed outcome if no complaint) where the original was replaced? Can you also put the actual numbers of cameras under each column? I won't have time to update the numbers myself off the spreadsheet I'm keeping until the weekend. We really need many more contributions Regards, Mark Yes indeed, I removed all problems related to SD cards but obviously left in the stats those related to broken SD slots. I did include second (and third) cams. In a few cases the first cam was returned to Leica and the replacement was flawless (or presumably so). Both of them were considered in the stats. Unfortunately as you can see, there are very few data concerning the time it took to repair the cameras and therefore it is impossible to make statements concerning reliability. Possibly there still are some errors in my numbers and I'll check the data once more ASAP. Next time I'll include actual numbers in the columns. Thanks for feedback, Andreas
