likalar Posted April 28, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 28, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) M9, 35mm Summicron, flash (front view). I couldn't get a full shot of it, and make no claim that these are decent photos. Heck, I even had to put on a flash!! Not to compete with the great "Name this Car" thread....can you name this exotic car? (no prizes). I'll post the name and link to more info within 24 hours. Thanks for looking! 250swb Posted April 28, 2011 Share #2 Posted April 28, 2011 A 'Gatto'. I thought it was a curious mix of styles, a Ferrari style side grill, a Maserati front grill, a double bubble roof with an odd styling detail at the back that Zagato wasn't known for. So I figured it was a 'parts bin special' either period or modern. Its very nice. Steve
kkochheiser Posted April 28, 2011 Share #3 Posted April 28, 2011 very interesting. As Steve said, a curious mixture of styles. I saw it in the background of your red Jag photo and assumed it was a Maserati. Thanks for posting. Kent
stuny Posted April 28, 2011 Share #4 Posted April 28, 2011 Larry - It's certainly lovely and interesting, and I too noticed the details that suggested several marques. The Borani wheels suggest mid '50s to early '60s, and is yet another Italian detail.
