Mt Kenya is a bit further North, we looking at the border between Kenya and Tanzania, the mountains are 43 miles apart. Meru is in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro in Kenya, so we have two part-correct answers. Now for the town in between ( actually closer to Mt Meru ;))

I have now, so am guessing Arusha... but I guess that's cheating... (and it's not really in between...).

Correct. Indeed Arusha spreads more to Mt Meru - the countryside inbetween is not too urban. Rather empty, really...

I don't have much in the way of 'the world from above' which would comply with forum rules... I've only had my M for a few months and anything that would be interesting and remotely challenging would have been shot on either a Nikon D200 or an iPhone 6!

 

So, given that, I have posted something very easy and only just could be considered 'the world from above'...

 

I expect someone will get this immediately...
