Both are within the the Akershus Festing (Akershus Fortress): Akershus Fortress - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia parametres. By second thought; it is supposed to be a chapel within the fortress where the sarcophagus of the dead kings & relatives are kept. It could well be that one of these spires 'belong' to this chapel. - Æhum, I supposed to know. I live 10 - 15 min. walks from there. That said; there is a lot of church spires around Oslo.
