I might have hiked close to some of them ...

most of the in laws live there, but on the French side and if 10 min after Biaritz it probably is France and Spain.

Well.... It is not Boeing but Goeing. So we can rule out places where Boeing has their manufacturing plants. Google search for Goeing came up with a law firm in Kentucky and I don't believe they need such huge offices... Google also suggested that I should search for Göring and I left that suggestion alone....

 

I believe hints and clues will be in order.....

St-Tropez cimetery at sea, from the Vauban citadelle. The small city is overcrowded but nobody takes the pain to climb a little to enjoy the very nice view.

As far as I remember the scenery, could it be that the picture you´ve shown is mirror-inverted?
