Suomenlinna (Sveaborg) outside Helsinki, is also a Swedish built fortress. Like Sveaborg, the fortress you see to the left (east side) is Fredriksborg to protect the Stockholm archipelago from the 'threat from the Russians'. The more modern fortification to the right (west) is Oscar-Fredriksborg, built during 1870-77. The sound is called Oxdjupet.

Over to you, cls!

Thanks Olsen!

Have to admit it would have taken some Googling that I did not do to figure that one out.

Next time you post it, I'll be sure to catch it :)

Time for the next puzzle - where am I landing here? City/airport please.

Casper.

Yes, Zurich. Over to you, Andreas!

Thanks! Have been there recently.

This one might be too easy but I am a little bit short on "from above" photos - thus bonus points for the answer, from where the photo was taken

Thanks. It was pretty easy as I lived there for 18 months and just moved back to Finland last summer ;)

Taken from somewhere close to the New England Aquarium?

Will see if I have anything "from above" and post it soon.

Casper
