stuny Posted January 30, 2007 Share #2 Posted January 30, 2007 Peter - Delightfull! Lovely light, detail, colors, shapes, and most striking against the black background. They remind me of garden eels (found on sandy bottoms of swift moving ocean channels), and of the afininga snake from the Manu tributary to the Amazon. samwells Posted January 30, 2007 Share #3 Posted January 30, 2007 Yes, tremendous sinuous arabesques, and as Stuart says, the black backgound really sets them off. Thanx for showing. cheers: Sam

wda Posted January 30, 2007 Share #6 Posted January 30, 2007 Peter, you must have starved these poor chives of light to encourage them into such curvaceous rythms. Lovely! David

leicamann Posted January 31, 2007 Share #9 Posted January 31, 2007 Ditto the essential components for a good photograph are there, especially the language of "a simple graphic motif"...the lack of distractions makes the idea of interest stand out. Thanks for sharing Regards, Leicamann

martinop Posted February 1, 2007 Share #14 Posted February 1, 2007 Interesting composition and catch. Like the impact of the dark background / bokeh. Enhances the random stem curves and the flower buds.
