too old to care Posted February 6, 2011 Share #22 Posted February 6, 2011 For those that have not seen them, this is what my computer looks like after reading only a few threads. Think of what it would look like after an hour or so on this site. Welcome, dear visitor! Tim B Posted February 6, 2011 Share #23 Posted February 6, 2011 Also posted on the other thread - why two threads? Despite turning off pop-ups on my browser, I'm still getting this German one. It is really slowing up my login and reappears when I log out. I'm sorry if this is an economical necessity, but there is no other value for me - I can't even understand it (I don't speak German) and it is becoming a real turn off. I now hesitate before logging in, which I normally do every evening. Can we really not do without it? Tim

NZDavid Posted February 7, 2011 Share #25 Posted February 7, 2011 And I thought I was the only 999.999th visitor. I only needed to klick and supply credit card details to win all those fantastic prizes!
LUF Admin Posted February 7, 2011 Share #26 Posted February 7, 2011 Folks, sorry for the late reply. I'm trying out a new advertiser (Valuebrand which is indeed a real company) and experimenting with so called pop under ads. It runs now for about one week and - like you - I'm not very happy with it. I'm going to stop the test, will evaluate the results and talk with Valuebrand about the user experience can be improved. Sorry for any inconvenience until now.
