I brought mine (chrome version) to Italy and Switzerland just 3 weeks back and the picture quality was stunning, even in cold winter conditions. I have to admit, the thought did cross my mind...  In the spirit of this thread - my variation on the "cliche camera on the photography-related book image" attached. Now to shoot some actual images with (instead of of) this little guy....  Not my first Leica though; the X1 will be my MP companion and my go everywhere.
