sanyasi Posted September 29, 2010 Share #4 Posted September 29, 2010 You might give Kurland Photo a call. I don't think they do this sort of work, but as a large Leica deal, I suspect they can point you in the right direction.
stuny Posted September 30, 2010 Share #5 Posted September 30, 2010 Or Photo Village might be able to point you in the right direction, too.
cbretteville Posted September 30, 2010 Share #6 Posted September 30, 2010 Not in NYC, but in NY. Sherry Krauter has an excellent reputation. http://www.sherrykrauter.com/contact.php I have no personal experience with her, although others here speak highly of her work. I do have experience with Don Goldberg (DAG) in Wisconsin and can recommend him 100%. He is busy so things may take a while, but the quality of his work makes it worth the wait. http://www.dagcamera.com/ Cheers Carl
james.liam Posted October 5, 2010 Share #7 Posted October 5, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I live in NYC and simply mailed my lenses to Leica in neighboring New Jersey. Nothing beats a factory-backed CLA, especially on resale of the equipment.
dcoombs Posted October 5, 2010 Share #8 Posted October 5, 2010 Second endorsement for Sherry Krauter. She brought my M3 back from the dead a couple of years ago. She's just north of NYC. Doug
