Crikey Len, you're getting some great shots (and exceptional colours) from "such an old camera". Wonderful to see.

My old x1 still works for the way  I like to shoot...

iso 400 - f=8 - 1/30 sec.

Super images, without trying to nitpick - On the 1st image I would crop out on the right hand side the leaves & on the left at least half of the dark area near to the window sill..

On the 2nd image I would on the left side crop out up to and including the 1st tree... L

I tried it.

Wouldn't work for me. IMHO, not as nicely composed as the original (lack of room for the eyes to wander, ). But each his own ...  :)

Dug a couple of X1 shots out, constantly amazed by the "feeling" I get looking at the files, how can this be from such and old and antiquated instrument?
