NB23 Posted July 2, 2010 Share #1 Posted July 2, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I noticed that evrybody "knows" that M4Ps with flush windows have Zinc top plates but it appears that no one has ever actually seen one. Other then the ones that *might* be photoshopped in response to this thread, I doubt this elusive camera ever existed at all. Prove me wrong.

enboe Posted July 6, 2010 Share #8 Posted July 6, 2010 And sure enough, the chrome one I have has the flush windows. I think I paid $1000US at the camera show, just thinking of it as a pretty, usable M.
250swb Posted July 6, 2010 Share #9 Posted July 6, 2010 I had a black one with a zinc top plate, it was in the last four hundred M4-P made, M6 style flash socket as well. I could probably dig out the serial number if anybody wants it for narrowing down the changeover. Steve Here you go, found it without trying, the serial was 1692575
