abrewer Posted December 29, 2006 Share #2 Posted December 29, 2006 Very fine shooting Steve. To my mind your best photographs are any that have water in them. You have a knack for using the flowing river or surf to maximum effect in your pictures. Far and away my favorite, and probably no surprise to you, is the sailboats of Honfleur. Thanks for sharing. wilyum Posted December 29, 2006 Share #5 Posted December 29, 2006 Steve, You have some lovely photos here. Just one question, why does that sculpture have lenscaps on his nipples? ;<)) Best regards, Bill

stunsworth Posted December 29, 2006 Author Share #7 Posted December 29, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Allan, I do like shots with water in them, there's something very attractive about rivers or the sea. People seem to be drawn to water, maybe there's something elemental about it. As for the lens caps, he had a pair on his buttocks too. Thanks for all the kind words. Following an suggestion from Doug Herr, if anyone else has 'a year in photographs', why not post a link to it in this tread.

larry Posted December 29, 2006 Share #12 Posted December 29, 2006 Hi Steve, I've seem many of these shots in the photo forum, but it's good to see them in a group. With a little rearranging, they'd make a stunning slide show. Thanks, Larry

andybarton Posted December 31, 2006 Share #16 Posted December 31, 2006 Very nice collection, Steve. What is remarkable, from my point of view, is how many coincide with places I have been to during the past 12 months. And we've only been out shooting together once! I think I shall have to move I have referenced my 2006 collection before. 2006 Good shooting in 2007!
