pauledell Posted April 22, 2010 Share #2 Posted April 22, 2010 Louis, Wonderful shots with the lovely subtle colors and sharpness. Are all your shots from the DLux4 or do you use other Leicas also? Paul
stuny Posted April 22, 2010 Share #3 Posted April 22, 2010 Louis - Beautiful shots for color, light, composition and presentation. #2 makes me think of Virgil's car, with a glass cover over its 4 OHC V8.

Louis Posted April 22, 2010 Author Share #5 Posted April 22, 2010 Paul, Stuard and Herb, thank you very much for your encouraging words. I really appreciate the kind people in LUF. Paul, I have actually been a "Nikon" man for many years. Dlux3 was my first Leica (panasonic); and then, I upgraded to Dlux4. I am using this camera because of its size; and of course, its remarkable IQ. I like to have it always with me. Stuny, I see you are a "moderator". Maybe you can help me. I couldn't figure out yet how to put a picture under my name, on the left side. I put it in my "Profile", but it is not appearing on these pages! Is there anything else I should do? Thanks for your help. Regards,

Louis Posted April 23, 2010 Author Share #14 Posted April 23, 2010 Thank you very much Dave(4) and Stuard. Dave, it is done in PP. If your shot is OK, you can always improve it later with a little patience ! Of course, the original light allowed me to explore it further in Photoshop!
