jaay Posted April 4, 2010 Share #1 Â Posted April 4, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) After receiving my X1 I initially reported problems copying files from the SD card to my mac. Since then I've tried 3 different SD cards (all sandisk) and all have issues copying to both my iMac and MacBook pro! During the copying it stops and says the cards weren't properly ejected before! I can't fathom what it is as on a second attempt I can get the rest of the files off - so they're not corrupt. I can only think the X1 is not 'ejecting' the cards correctly but I haven't seen anyone else have problems with this. Thoughts?

stephen.w Posted April 4, 2010 Share #3 Â Posted April 4, 2010 I have a Sandisk 8GB SDHC card in my X1 and have been uploading photos with the card reader on my PC (a little Acer net book) without any problems. Could it be a Mac issue?
CoolPixeler Posted April 4, 2010 Share #4 Â Posted April 4, 2010 Could it be a Mac issue? I don't think so. I currently download to my MACPRO (snowleopard) without problem. I use a 8GB Lexar Pro and a SanDisk Extreme 4GB (30MB/S).

It is the card reader that can not handle the card/computer combination.
