Advertisement Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Hi beramos, Take a look here Street dog . I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jmr Posted December 15, 2006 Share #2 Posted December 15, 2006 Bernardo, both good - I prefer the first shot for the close harmonies of colour you've captured.
stuny Posted December 16, 2006 Share #3 Posted December 16, 2006 Bernardo - Both are delightful, showing your sensitivity to geometrics, light and shadow, but #1 also shows your sensitivity to muted, complimentary colors. And including the dog is just fun.
square_one Posted December 16, 2006 Share #4 Posted December 16, 2006 Your superb image is the essence of my continual conundrum - what with iPhoto and all. Mono or color? In the end, YOU, the photographer must decide. All us others cannot, as the decision is hugely subjective. Example: took a great color digital image (Canon A95) on the beach last week similar to this superb pic: mine a close-at-hand shore bird juxtaposed within the shadow of me and my chair across the empty foreground beach toward the surf line. Cool! Converted it to black and white - which I favor greatly .... and almost everybody that subsequently viewed the image - including my thought-to-be brainwashed wife - liked the color version better! So Bernardo, I like the color version better! Really! Bruce PS - My significant other just came in the door ... and SHE much prefers the mono version, sooooo, I rest my case ... the photographer must not torture us with such choices, nor should I!! YOU decide!!
azzo Posted December 16, 2006 Share #5 Posted December 16, 2006 Very nicely seen and captured Bernardo. This particular image, i prefer the colour one as the dog stands out more IMHO. Best Azzo
beramos Posted December 17, 2006 Author Share #6 Posted December 17, 2006 John, Stuart, Bruce and Ivan thank you for your time and comments. I do not have any doubt in this case. I prefer that of color.
samwells Posted December 18, 2006 Share #7 Posted December 18, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Wonderful shot...especially the colour version with its muted, color-coordinated hues. And the dog seems to know exactly where to stand :-) Thanx for showing: Sam

Wilfredo+ http://www.BenitezRivera.com
