Melissa, I've only found this:

"Leica M lens onto 3rd party SLRs

In 2004 Stephen Gandy sold lens mount adapters which allowed M lenses to be mounted onto third party SLR cameras, specifically Nikon F or Canon EOS. The product name was "Leica M Close-up Adapter" and at the time it sold for $US 175.

You could only use them for close-up and macro work, and like other adapter mounts mentioned above, there was no auto aperture or transfer of electronic information between the lens and body.

Unfortunately the adapter appears to be no longer available. For more information, contact Mr Gandy directly at <cameraquest.com/adaptnew.htm>".

This is the link to this page: Leica FAQ - Leica R & M lens mount adapters ?

Hope this helps.

Note that M lenses normally are not very useful in a DSLR as they have to be close to the sensor. "Leica M Close-up Adapter" is just exactly that - the lens can be used for close-up macro work only.

I have not found a Canon EOS 7D to Leica M adapter which I think indicates that indeed it is close range work only, hence explaining the small (discontinued ?) market..

You can use anything that will fit onto the Visoflex with the Cameraquest Viso-R adapter, including the lens head of older 90 and 135 mm lenses on OTZFO, and use an R-whatever adapter to fit it on any DSLR body, but all other M lenses you use on this adapter array will not focus to infinity.
