jaapv Posted January 26, 2010 Share #6 Posted January 26, 2010 Like it very much. Personally I would crop it a bit to move the fruit a bit more to the centre, say into the magic 2/3rds line.
vdb Posted January 28, 2010 Share #7 Posted January 28, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Lovely warm colors and inviting bokeh. I do agree with Jaap....maybe even a square crop. And a very slight bit more light on the fruit....may be worth a try.
allamande Posted January 29, 2010 Author Share #8 Posted January 29, 2010 Jaap and Virgil, Thank you very much for your suggestions. I tried to follow your advice and reworked the image, and in the process, I've noticed that there is fly on the fruit! Isn't it amazing that I hadn't noticed that before?: I like this version better. I hope you will too. I appreciate your taking the time to give me input. Ece
vdb Posted January 29, 2010 Share #9 Posted January 29, 2010 Wonderful job Ece. I think it was well worth the extra work. The added detail in the shadows works great...and the fly is a gift:)
