I'm doing something wrong. Last night I reduced an image to the required size for a thumbnail to display beneath my Forum name, added it to my profile, but it doesn't display.

Ideas?

Stuart,

I presume you doing the right steps. ie: go to User CP, click on Avatar, click on Choose File and then navigate to the one you've created and upload it.

I know from other forums (fora?) that the server is often very fussy about the file size. So make sure it is not just the right number of pixels but save it without custom icon or thumbnail views. These settings can be set in PhotoShop but the quickest way is, in PhotoShop, choose Save for Web from the File menu. This strips the file down to the minimum.

Stuart,

I see you've added a "Picture", you need to add an "Avatar" to have it show generally. Sorry if you already know this, it's just that I'm keen to see what our current most prolific poster looks like
