I needed a break from the M8 and shot the M5 with that old fashioned film stuff in both color and B&W.:D

These are from an Old West mining town that was booming in the late 1800s and early 1900s, but is now just a spot for tourists. It is about 20 miles from my house and enjoyable.

John, Peter, Robert, Stuart, Paul, Sam, JRM, Bill,

Thanks to all of you for looking and taking the time to comment. It really is a fun place to visit. My next trip there will be in the late afternoon to get the lighting.

The vandalism in the parking lot is really bad as you can see, but I'll bring my doberman to for protection.:D

John (JRM) - Yes, I did scan these myself. I'm finally getting the hang of my Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED. (Pretty happy with the results now.) The color film was Portra 160 VC and the B&W film was Ilford FP4.

Best,

Ray
