pauledell Posted December 30, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 30, 2009 Stefan, A lovely picture with excellent colors and sharpness. Perhaps a little tighter crop would work. Paul
allamande Posted December 30, 2009 Share #3 Posted December 30, 2009 Very nice. I like the way the table surface echos the patterns on the leaves. I agree with Paul about the crop and I also think it might be worth trying it in BW. Ece
melissah Posted December 30, 2009 Share #4 Posted December 30, 2009 i dont hav any problem with it being color although i might change it, de-sautrate, and or warm it up slightly. i dont like being able to see the texture in the wall. that should be oof. whats odd is the back of the table is oof, but the wall isnt. im guessing if you open up and focus more selectively and in different spots (front of cabbage, middle etc) you will get some really pleasing results. very nice direction though. id carry on! best, melissa
stuny Posted December 30, 2009 Share #5 Posted December 30, 2009 Stefan - Lovely, and the slant of the ceiling adds to the composition.

Agree with playing with OOF but I was constrained by low light (this was iso 1250, btw). Think tighter crop might take away from the wall angle & texture which I had felt was contributory. stefan
