Yes, that's my M8 Leica around my neck with a Luigi half case. :-)

 

While visiting my elder brother who is actually old enough to be my dad I came across this picture he had taken in 35mm slide format. Originally shot in color during the 60's. It brought back happy memories.

 

I added the M8 which is sooo vintage looking it blended right in.

I like this updated image very much. The setting is perfect, with interesting textures, contrast, and geometry. It might even be better if you crop just a bit from the edges to bring the subject closer.
