But it has quite a number of nice extras, like for instance the defringing tool and corrections per colour channel. I have been using the demo for a few weeks now and am seriously thinking of buying a license. At any rate, in general the results of C1 have, over the years, been stellar with the M8 and are clearly set to go the same way with the M9, pro or lite. LR has by far more options in things you can apply. But I don´t need that. I compared them 2 years ago to set up my workflow, so maybe things have changed with the new versions. This is just one of the situations I have some reservations about the way Lightroom creates its collections. Further the longer I''m using lightroom or capture one pro, the more I'm inclined to buy a license for CaptureOne pro. Do people who use Capture One simply save a tiff file when all adjustments have been made, and then use either Lightroom, Aperture, or some other program with a good printing engine?
