ok since we are at the bottom of the chain, we can safely post the technical details.

Leicaflex SL/ R 28mm F2.8 Elmarit( second version)/Warming filter/Fuji 64T..expensive film but nice results.

Exposed for 4 minutes , in the rain..otherwise the water would look different.

And lastly, our Microtek Scanner has once again clogged up with dust and is in need of servicing, so believe it or not this is just the Epson Perfection 4990 Photo, it does a fantastic job and is working in true 64 bit!!!

Ok ..thanks for looking.

Regards, Leicamann

Wow!

Colors in the reflections are wonderful John.

In that first one the water is so smooth it looks like a pane of frosted glass lying there...impressive scanning from that little flatbed.

Thanks for sharing.

Nice series, John. I like the third one the best as well. The color and detail in the sky is wonderful, and in particular the reflection of the Christmas lights on the water (from the building) plays beautifully.

John

The third one really catches my eye as well - I like the balance and the harmony of the image.

I also like the abstract quality of the pools of light in #2, especially as the ripples in the water on the right can be seen, to bring the image full circle from abstract to reality.
