The British Museum

I wandered around London for a bit yesterday. This was notable for two reasons. Firstly, I carried my M7. I can honestly say that I don't remember the last time I took it ouf for an airing. Secondly, I "forced" myself to use wide lenses - 15 and 35 in particular. These are some of the results, taken in the atrium and the reading room of the British Museum. Apologies for the poor quality scans; I dropped the film into the Guildford branch of Jessops this morning just because I was there. The standard of processing and finishing is appalling, but I didn't - stupidly - check until I got home. No wonder film is dying!

All shots M7. Atrium shots VC15mm, Library shot VC35mm 2.5

"I can honestly say that I don't remember the last time I took it ouf for an airing"..what..does everything have to be digital?? Glad you did.. some great stuff here.

I do the same, instead of carring around 3 cameras, tons of gear,..I bring 2 lenses and force myself to work creativly with them.

Thanks for your posting
