Hi, I just bought a used Leica T from MBP in the UK. When I try to register it on the Leica website it says it's already registered to the original owner. Is there any way to register a used Leica? Thanks in advance

Q2 Product registration - Leica Website Issues

Couple disappointments having just purchased my Q2...(1) keen to register it and officially join the community, but the Leica members area on the website seems to be "under construction." (2) Also had disappointing experience trying to connect camera to iphone / ipad via Leica Fotos. The App tells me it has found the camera, tells me to connect to wifi (I press connect)...only to be told "connection failed." Have read on this forum...Fotos 1.3.1 is not up-to date for OS13?? Will take the advice of others and use a SD card reader to transfer! (But it would be nice if the App worked). -
Despite several attempts I have been unable to register my recently purchased (brand new) Leica CL 18-56mm kit. Leica UK have tried to help and referred the matter to Germany and they have given the me the procedure for registration which firstly involves inputting the product code, which Germany says will bring up the kit in the menu, but when I try I get "0 Results". Germany says they have tried the serial number and it works, but not for me! I can identify the kit via the menu but when I type in the serial number I get an error message that says the serial number does not match the product. Despite trying several variants on the inputting of the numbers nothing works for me. Anyone else had this problem? Without registration I don't get my free Light room trial.
