The Digilux I is often set on Manual these days. I posted some pictures on the forum and I'll put the links here to show what a wonderfull camera the Digilux is. I have the inpression that with all the megapixels we lost something else (I'm no talking about X1, M8/9, S2  Take a look  Great colours and contrast http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/people/131409-budapest.html  http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/landscape-travel/131418-church-bells-were-stopping.html  Detail in highlights http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/people/131410-bridge-over-donau.html  http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/people/131424-sunny-16-a.html   Fast enough for street photography http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/people/131412-digilux-i-street-camera.html  http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/landscape-travel/131419-dogs-budapest.html  As a notebook http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/landscape-travel/131414-hungariun-wine-belgian-beer.html  http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/landscape-travel/131423-boerentoren-antwerpen.html

earleygallery Posted July 8, 2010 Share #6 Â Posted July 8, 2010 I keep intending to sell mine but haven't got round to it yet. I've used it for paid jobs too and it's worked great, with a Metz hammerhead flash. Nice portrait camera.

ismon Posted July 11, 2010 Share #11 Â Posted July 11, 2010 Lucklik, Infared shot made with 49mm HOYA R72 filter. It mounts easily to the #18609 filter holder (tube). The average exposure here on a bright sunny day with ISO 100 is F/2.8 @ 1/45 sec. Then convert the image to black and white, and adjust contrast to your taste.
