eleskin Posted September 30, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 30, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I increasingly find the need for a Neutral Density Filter for my Noctilux (1998 version late) in daylight (I use f1.0 most of the time) and am wondering which one would be the best for the M8. Suggestions and photos taken with these filters and the Noctilux on the M8 would be appreciated in guiding me to the right choice. Thanks to everyone here for help regarding this issue

wparsonsgisnet Posted September 30, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 30, 2009 The filter itself will be outside of the lenssystem, so any good quality one should do the trick. I would suggest that you get on that has a factor of 4 or 8x.

farnz Posted September 30, 2009 Share #4 Posted September 30, 2009 I use a multicoated Heliopan ND on my 50 'Lux and I haven't noticed an increase in flare or veiling glare. Pete.
