Advertisement Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Hi ryee3, Take a look here R medium zoom lens. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Michiel Fokkema Posted September 28, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 28, 2009 Both. If you can find the elmarit and have the cash, go for it! But the 35-70/4 is very good too. Cheers, Michiel Fokkema

Thanks The Elmarit 35-70 is absurdly expensive because of its scarcity and consequent collector status. For much less than that sort of money you can get the 28-90/2.8-4.5 Vario Elmarit Asph, which is an absolutely excellent lens. Although I've no direct experience, the 35-70 Elmar is highly praised, and would be more yet economical again.
earleygallery Posted September 28, 2009 Share #4 Posted September 28, 2009 Buy a 35 and 90 prime, better quality, longer range, faster apertures. You'll tend to use the zoom at the extremes IMHO.
