But if you watch carefully you see a green stain on the white stripe of the zebra on the picture from the MATE too, which is not a very sharp reflection but still Maybe, but I can't see it on my 17" laptop monitor. luigi bertolotti Posted October 3, 2009 Share #42 Posted October 3, 2009 Ok, given this is the "35 mm reflection issue"... another Summicron 35 asph picture (f 5,6): shadow of the iris is clearly visible: and notice that the sun was not right in front (see the direction of the peaks' shadows) , the lens had a deep hood (old metal hood for Summicron 50 - I prefer it), but the URIV filter was on. I wonder if is indeed the filter reflection which creates the shadow image. Welcome, dear visitor!
