jimleicam3 Posted September 19, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 19, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) My lastest fad, signing up for a macro class, and have used my Canon 20D with the 60 mm macro lens, and it works well. But has anyone used the 90 mm Macro lens? It has a focus distance of about 21 inches, which is close enough for small bugs and things. Thanks for your help. lightpainter Posted September 19, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 19, 2009 Hi Jim, it's a great lens, though not as handy as a macro lens on a SLR camera. Here's two pics I did with it.

brill64 Posted September 21, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 21, 2009 with or without the macro adaptor, this lens is a very compact and tiny peice of engineering, lightweight and razor-razor sharp! maybe not as fast as it's counterparts but i am never disappointed with the results

All hand-held at about the closest focussing distance of 0.5m.
