lct Posted September 9, 2009 Share #23 Posted September 9, 2009 He looked like he just had 3 beers or something ... WB still has some room for improvements. I did develop it with Capture One v.4.1.2 All M8 profiles are useless, i did take ICC: DNG Neutral 4500°K, Curve Standard Highlight: 10 Levels: 5 - 0,02 - 245 Then in PS: Sharpen Levels: 0 - 0,98 - 249 Output: 0 - 250 Size: 1024px Here the result: Welcome, dear visitor! zlatkob Posted September 9, 2009 Share #28 Posted September 9, 2009 Here is my color version. This appears to be flourescent light and I'm not sure how red this man is. cme4brain Posted September 9, 2009 Share #29 Posted September 9, 2009 I am interested in the DNG file or the JPEG straight out of the camera. MY email address is: cme4brain@hotmail.com, if you would! You must be lucky to have an M9! -Lloyd
Jamie Roberts Posted September 9, 2009 Share #30 Posted September 9, 2009 Here is my color version. This appears to be flourescent light and I'm not sure how red this man is. Processed with Adobe Camera Raw. I processed the other RAW with ACR and couldn't stand the skin blotchiness. Yours looks very good Zlatko! But it's early days--I'm surprised that ACR even opens the DNG I'm sure color tweaks will come along soon.
zlatkob Posted September 9, 2009 Share #31 Posted September 9, 2009 Lloyd, the DNG file is at the link in post # 16 of this thread.
Philippe D. Posted September 9, 2009 Share #32 Posted September 9, 2009 C1 v.4.8.2 doesn't open the file, but v.4.5.1 do it well, but all the profiles are not usful, only DNG Neutral, after a quick try.
mmx_2 Posted September 9, 2009 Author Share #33 Posted September 9, 2009 Here is my color version. This appears to be flourescent light and I'm not sure how red this man is. Processed with Adobe Camera Raw. Looks very natural! He was a little bit red, but this picture is very close to real life
zlatkob Posted September 9, 2009 Share #34 Posted September 9, 2009 I processed the other RAW with ACR and couldn't stand the skin blotchiness. On the Hue tab in ACR, it's best to shift the reds to about +50. That moves the reds more toward yellow, making him appear less red.

Jamie Roberts Posted September 9, 2009 Share #38 Posted September 9, 2009 Well, with Zlatko's help, here's the other RAW file processed through ACR. I have also added an AlienSkin treatment to clean up the contrast a bit for the web (but it's a one-button thing): Welcome, dear visitor!
