Thanx for the DNG.

I did develop it with Capture One v.4.1.2

All M8 profiles are useless, i did take

ICC: DNG Neutral

4500°K, Curve Standard

Highlight: 10

Levels: 5 - 0,02 - 245

Then in PS:

Sharpen

Levels: 0 - 0,98 - 249

Output: 0 - 250

Size: 1024px

Here the result:

Here is my color version. This appears to be flourescent light and I'm not sure how red this man is. Processed with Adobe Camera Raw.

I processed the other RAW with ACR and couldn't stand the skin blotchiness. Yours looks very good Zlatko!

But it's early days--I'm surprised that ACR even opens the DNG :) I'm sure color tweaks will come along soon. :D

Looks very natural! He was a little bit red, but this picture is very close to real life :)

Well, with Zlatko's help, here's the other RAW file processed through ACR. I have also added an AlienSkin treatment to clean up the contrast a bit for the web (but it's a one-button thing):
