Stuart,

 

A wonderful shot of a mineral that's related to Antimony. When I was young and stupid, I used to smelt a combination of lead, tin and antimony to cast bullets for handgun ammo. I later found out that it is hazardous to do that and also discovered photography which is more productive than shooting at someone. :D

Paul - You've given me an idea for how to get lethal poisons without any record of purchase.

 

Virgil - For the museums and restaurants alone you'll need to spend quite a lot of time out here.

Beautiful picture of remarkable crystal specimen. It is worth noting that the other sample is Galena, i.e. lead ore (PbS) with characteristic cubic crystals.

 

Now all Virgil needs is some Cassiterite (SnO2) and a furnace and he can start making his own shot from scratch.

 

This would be a nice weekend project.
