Advertisement Posted July 31, 2009 Posted July 31, 2009 Hi Bob Jackson, Take a look here Ghost Ranch. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Printmaker Posted July 31, 2009 Share #2 Posted July 31, 2009 Nice. I see you're shooting in one of my old stomping grounds. You might want to take a turn at the lake one day and drive the road west through Coyote and on towards Cuba and Chaco Canyon. Its a long but rewarding drive. More or less a virgin big sky photo op. Green, yellow and red striped hills, mines, twisted junipers and old Spanish villages. I'd post a few shots but the 4x5 chromes from that period of my life were lost. I'd love to go back in a 4x4 pickup with a camper shell, a 4x5 and a Leica. So much to shoot. If you're still there, get off the main road and into the back country. Bob Jackson Posted July 31, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted July 31, 2009 Thanks guys, New Mexico has been a favorite place of mine for many years. Printmaker, I've done that drive up to Chaco Canyon many times, I agree it is fantastic. No other place on this earth like New Mexico.
