In fact, from the standpoint of stability and incremental improvement, I would call them exemplary. Maybe Leica coudl hire some managers from Adobe ? JHAG Posted November 14, 2006 Share #8 Posted November 14, 2006 I still have a pending problem with CS2. Since 2 days, it crashes on launch. I identified the culprit : TWAIN plugin. I put it out on my dekstop. CS2 launches perfectly. Except I cannot export/import from/to Lightroom anymore… Tried everything, even a reinstall of CS2. They display in the main viewer as a small image but I have no zoom or full screen option with them. The only option to play at the moment is to convert within C1pro to 16bit Tiff and then import the Tiff into Aperture. I wish to keep using aperture given the 1.51 seems to have addressed most of the speed issues I was having with the MBP and PPC G5 but the overhead of 56mb Tiff files v's 10mb DNG's seems excessive. The small image that you see is the thumbnail image which is used to display on the back of the DMR. I had heard on good authority that Leica specific DNG support would be coming to Aperture before Christmas. I suppose that there's still 6 weeks to go...
