Iansky Posted May 31, 2009 Share #1 Posted May 31, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have read so many posts across many forums that say the "M" series are no good for sport so, I set myself a challenge of photographing some sporting action. We have a lot of lakes where I live and some are used for watersports, the lake I chose has a "Cable system" for wakeboarding - so, armed with my M8 and trusty 90mm Elmarit set to f5.6 I tried to capture a very short photo synopsis from the instructor telling the best way to stay up, to a novice failing to "get up" and finally the expert performing a couple of tricks! I am happy with the results and will not write the M8 off as a non sports camera!

stuny Posted May 31, 2009 Share #2 Posted May 31, 2009 Lansky - You've proven well your point. Very nice, though I suggest increasing the shadow slider in #1.
