jmr Posted November 3, 2006 Author Share #7 Posted November 3, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Azzo, around town today I took mostly B&W with just the occasional colour shot - I'm pleased that you like this one in colour. You must think it could do with a different crop?

jmr Posted November 3, 2006 Author Share #11 Posted November 3, 2006 Yes, you could well be right I guess I left them in to add some small amount of tension, by their rather strange perspective. Thanks for taking an interest - I appreciate it.
azzo Posted November 3, 2006 Share #12 Posted November 3, 2006 If you've time, try the crop on black background in photo shop, and you'll see what i mean.Best Azzo
mhanke Posted November 6, 2006 Share #13 Posted November 6, 2006 I agree with Azzo: the buildings in the background, even more so the brighlty lit zone in the leaves distract from what I think was your primary subject: the graphic play of seats, tables and the tree's shadow. Therefore I would crop the whole top of the tree, to 2:3 format, so the view is concentrated on the "place for lunch". Best regards, Marcus
