icoppieters Posted April 22, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 22, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear dlux 4 enthousiasts, I prefer taking my pictures with aperture priority (control the depth of field). But I understand you have to set the aperture on the screen of the camera using the buttons. If you use the viewfinder with the screen turned off, can you only shoot in auto mode? Is there a way to set the aperture then? regards,
Advertisement Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Hi icoppieters, Take a look here D-lux 4 viewfinder and aperture priority. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Nicoleica Posted April 22, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 22, 2009 Just press the menu button, or any other active button, and the screen will burst back to life while you set the aperture or other setting. Then it will switch off again a few moments afterwards.
