Allerdings ohne den Schinken, sowas konnten wir uns nicht leisten.  Gruss Horst Wenn man das Glück hatte, einen Metzger zu kennen, dann war sowas kein Problem, wozu gab es "Deputat"? War übrigens "luftgetrocknet", allerdings nicht im Ruhrgebiet! Schmeckte weitaus besser als jeder moderne Parma, Serrano und wie sie alle heißen. Heute nennt man sowas "Slow-food"! Dazu gab es dann Steinofenbrot (Schollin) und "VA-Pils" !  Der Keller war der im Elternhaus eines Schulfreundes. Frankfurter Straße,- links ab hinter der Steag Richtung Götteswickerhamm, im nächsten Knick, direkt am Rhein,- ah jetzt weiß ich, ich habe mich vertan, natürlich nicht der Rummel an der B8, ich meinte natürlich "Strandhaus Ahr" !!!! Grüße Wolfhard   Hallo Wolfhard,  Standort weiss ich nicht mehr so ganz genau, es müsste in Gö-wi-hamm im Unteren oder Oberen Hilding oder vielleicht sogar im Löhnener Kirchweg gewesen sein. Wir steuern meist die Arche an, da hat man den besseren Ausblick.
