shutterhack Posted March 17, 2009 Share #4 Posted March 17, 2009 Yeah just like Stuart said it, the sky makes it a little spooky. Well it's an IR film isn't it Virgil?
vdb Posted March 17, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted March 17, 2009 Thanks guys. Yes,this is on Ghost Ranch. I shot RAW with the M8 (DNG) and converted to B&W with Nik Silver, increasing grain, contrast and using heavy red filter for IR effect. Chama is maybe 60 miles north or so. OK we were through your area last year. (Have some relatives/friends up around TA.) When we came around the corner from "the amphitheater" heading south the wife's jaw dropped. I was using an old film RF, and just got a call from the place in Santa Fe in Jan, that my film was ready to be picked up. Nothing too interesting on those rolls though. If you have any other decent shots of Ghost ranch PM me (Not that this wasn't decent, just the wife is not into IR).
