darriust Posted March 16, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 16, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've been lurking on here for a while. I have a little blog where I just started interviewing photographers I admire and 3 out of the 4 thus far are coincidentally Leica Users. Some incredible photographs. Thought might be of interest. Else forgive the blatant promotion as my first post. Urbansand by Darrius Thompson

nhabedi Posted March 19, 2009 Share #2 Posted March 19, 2009 Nice, thanks. I especially liked the photos of (and the interview with) Emmanuel Smague of whom I'd never heard before.

darriust Posted March 19, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted March 19, 2009 Thanks everyone. Something I'm just doing for fun and as a relatively new photographer it's been incredibly educational/inspirational in being able to chat and create relationships with photographers I admire. I'll likely do 2-3 of these a month and hopefully each will get better as I get better at asking questions Thanks again for the positive feedback. sketchyhead Posted April 8, 2009 Share #7 Posted April 8, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) A powerful well put together site with some memorable images - all of which I wish I had shot with my M6, which remains in its bag by the door while I finish drawing these images that need completing in just two weeks before I can go out with my camera and shoot some film which I hope will turn out just a fraction as impressive as the images I've just seen on the link you provided. Thanks for sharing. Great pictures and good words. PH
