albert Posted March 11, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 11, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was sitting in my car, in the middle of the Oklahoma Hill Country, waiting for a crew of wind-farm workers to arrive. The full moon was setting and car lights were illuminating the round ends of wind-turbine blades stored on the ground. Maybe I was starved for a photograph....... but this looked pretty good. D-Lux 4, P, braced on car-window sill.

stuny Posted March 12, 2009 Share #5 Posted March 12, 2009 Al - It certainly does work well, partly for the repeated geometry, and partly for color, light and weirdness. Keep shooting -- your sense of what's interesting is spot-on.
Martin T-M Posted March 12, 2009 Share #6 Posted March 12, 2009 Albert, whitout your description, it would be a mystery. Very well seen and executed.

Bob Jackson Posted March 14, 2009 Share #8 Posted March 14, 2009 Really surreal. This one of those shots that just catches your eye, because it is so mysterious. Nicely done.
albert Posted March 14, 2009 Author Share #9 Posted March 14, 2009 Thanks everybody. I'm back in civilized Minnesota after a 2200 mile road trip. When I was sitting in my car and looking at this site at 6:45 am in the middle of nowhere.............I just knew that it was very strange and had to be captured.
