It is a lot because of you and your website and articles and of course those of John Thawley that I jumped few weeks ago on a mint (pristine would say John) D2 in "La maison du Leica " in Paris. I have also a DLux 4 wich is great but the feeling is different and with the D2 I dont need to wear glasses to shoot because of the dioptry setting in the viewfinder. The IQ is amazing. When my daughter saw the picture yesterday she just said that they looked like twins and asked if I cloned one of them with PS! I have a picture very similar to this; two young cows looking at me in a quizzical way. I was in Switzerland, out in the countryside taking rustic pictures with a Leica CL when I crossed a pasture. As I made it to the other side of the field a couple of young bulls decided to find out what I was about and began running across towards me. I was close to a wire fence and it was an easy matter of hopping over it. As I threw one leg over the fence I stopped to take a picture of the young bulls. While looking through the viewfinder I noticed that they stopped a few yards from me and seemed to be looking at me strangely as I took my shot (the same sort of look as your picture). At that moment I heard a clicking sound, sort of like the closing of an electric relay. My wife tells me that I levitated about two inches from the ground for a fraction of a second. I painfully lifted my other leg over the wire fence and slowly dropped to the ground in the fetal position making sure to hold the CL up in the air out of the cow pies. We went cyclotouring around France (we did 1 200 Kms ) during summer with two friends. One evening we stopped in a field close to a camping but not in the camping. We thought tha we got both of best world (gratis and the camping accomodations) In the middle of the night we were awaken by "clarine "sounds (the bell that cows are wearing on their neck. We sneaked out an eye out of the tent and we realized that we were in the middle of a hundred cows and bulls! It didn't take long for us to run away!.
