I guess, the pizza place you refer to is in the near by capital. It is not "Etna Cafffe" written on the photograph ;) As Stephan did clarify, it is a German twin-town we are looking for.

Here is another hint. I looked up the camera, I used. Thought it was a Panasonic. Indeed, it was an x1.

Bingo!!!! Skofja Loka was under the reign of Freising fore some time. Today booth towns enjoy a lively cultural partnership.
